Adding JM Yoga Meltdown to lifting?

I am working through the NROL4W. I lift 3 days a week. It is suggested to completely rest on "off" days, but I would like to add Jillian's Yoga Meltdown 2 days a week. This is not a light hearted yoga program. Will it hinder recovery? Any thoughts?

    Love JM Yoga Meltdown! I can't do lifting due to an injury, but I could see that it could be an asset to add something with flexibility such as yoga into your routine.

    I just scanned through Level 1 of Yoga Meltdown on YouTube. It's a very basic yoga routine. As such, it should be a great addition to your lifting regimen.
