quick yam snack
1. Wash your yam 2. Prick it with a fork several times 3. Wrap it in damp paper towel to completely cover 4. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until soft 5. Slice it up and sprinkle salt and pumpkin pie seasoning Eat! Awesome low glycemic energy.

I love MFP
I've lost 13-14 lbs so far.... but let me tell you. I'm not thrilled about the loss as much as I'm proud of the fact that I've figured it all out. I've got the diet down... I've got the right exercise regimen... and I've got a plan! I'll be ripped within another couple of months... I'm sure of it.

So I caught a stomach virus....
... and I lost 2 lbs! Yay! It was about 12 hours of hell but I can't say I'm not thrilled. I highly recommend it...

I gotta say, I've tried some raw ginseng root over the last month. It is simply awesome for giving you a boost of natural energy, increasing circulation (I literally feel warmer), recovery and keeping motivated.

Which to believe...
So occasionally I do 35-40 minutes of intense cardio on a stationary bike. The bike reports 177 calories after I finish, but the MyFitnessPal look-up shows something closer to 400 calories. Which should I use?
