Which to believe...

So occasionally I do 35-40 minutes of intense cardio on a stationary bike.

The bike reports 177 calories after I finish, but the MyFitnessPal look-up shows something closer to 400 calories.

Which should I use?

    Neither. A good quality HRM would be a wise investment.
