pre-packaged snacks
I always swore that I would never get the pre-packaged servings of snacks like reduced fat cheez-its or 100 calorie packs... because they are so expensive... WELL I bought them this week and I can't tell you how much they helped. If you struggle with snacking, I would advise you to try this out.
