I just bought a belt device that calculates my steps/miles/calories burned each day. Do I add the calories that it says that I have burned to my 1405 (BMR) to get my calories burned each day? How many steps should someone take each day? Whats average?
Thanks
Thanks

My trainer says that after 2 weeks of steady eating/exercising you can add them in if you want however don't have to. The goal is to put out more than you are taking in everday, so it depends!!! I normally don't unless I am very hungry, but keep them healthy calories!!!
