Hey all,
I am looking for someone who wants to write back and forth every day about what they are eating/exercising. I did this a couple of months ago with someone and it helped me to go from 147 to 143 then i stopped for awhile and I am stuck. It doesn't matter to me how simular they are to me in age/weight because we are just there to help each other! What I am looking to do is write someone my goal for the day and then at night how I did with my eating. That way I have to tell someone the crappy snacks that I eat when my husbands at work (it makes me want to eat it a lot less)! Also to motivate each other that we can really do this!
I am 22 years old, 143 lbs and I want to be at least 135 maybe 130. I workout a lot but I need to intensify my workouts so that they are more effective. My biggest problem is snacking and eating the wrong foods.

i am 23 and i think that would be way stellar!
i am at 135 lbs and want to get down to 125. i was previously upwards of 150 but lost those lbs and have been maintaining through some miracle cause i eat really bad and stopped exercising.

I am also trying to get to 135. I'm 170 right now. (lost 19 so far). I'd be your accountability partner if ya want. Just let me know. I'm on here several times a day. My sister and I help each other a lot that way.
