changing calories
How do I change it to keep track of how many calories I want a day. They have me for like 1600 and then when I exercised it went higher. I want it down to about 1200 a day I figure that should give me everything I want. Why do they add the exercise on to give you more? Hope someone can help me out with this. :smile:

1800 calories
I was just to my diabetic clinic and they told me a 1300 calorie meal plan was good but on here it says 1800. Does anyone know how you can change the amount it shows or I guess I can just stop at 1300 and leave 500 remain each day. If you can help me out with this I would like that alot. Thanks.
