Went to a dentist appointment today and had to big fillings. MOuth froze on both sides. Ate 2 biscuits before I went and right now mouth is unfroze enough I ate a tomato and chees sandwitch toasted. Soon heading to tim hortons for my tea...LOL...Not a very good eating day. Tomorrow I will be on track for sure. Also need groceries but it is so hot here I wont drive far with them. Hope you all had a good day.

11 fillings, 1 implant, three root canals. 12 of those I got in one sitting.

My teeth are terrible thanks to genetics. I don't consume hardly any sugar or soda.
