1800 calories

I was just to my diabetic clinic and they told me a 1300 calorie meal plan was good but on here it says 1800. Does anyone know how you can change the amount it shows or I guess I can just stop at 1300 and leave 500 remain each day. If you can help me out with this I would like that alot. Thanks. Off to a great start so far today now it is time to go to the treadmill for a bit. I will add in my exercise when I am done that.

When at the My Home page, In the top bar click goals, then change goals and choose custom. You can edit everything there.0
