Looking for fit people that have had heart attacks....
I am a 37 year old female recovering from a SCAD heart attack that I had over the weekend. I was already mainly healthy & fit when I joined MFP, but bumped my efforts in October. I was on phase 3 of Chalean Extreme and had a SCAD. If anyone else has had this happen or other heart issues, I would love to be your friend.

Ranched anything....
I just made ranched butternut roasted squash and, wow, was it good. You can do this with any root vegetable. Make up the dry seasoning, dice vegetables and add a little bit of olive oil & about 1-2 tablespoons of dry seasoning. Roast at about 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Potatoes are great topped with a little cheese.

Can we talk Men's underwear?
My dh mainly wears white briefs because he's a painter and wears white pants. The last time I bought Hanes he complained that they were like granny panties, as he's a 34 and they were pretty high on the waist. Does anyone know of lower rise white briefs that won't cost an arm & a leg and will hold up well. Thanks.
