Premeasure the dry quinoa (Or rice or pasta or beans). This will tell you how many servings you are cooking. When you are done, reweigh your cooked quinoa (or rice or pasta or beans) and divide by the number of servings you cooked. This tells you how much a single cooked serving weighs for that batch. It will vary a bit from time to time, depending on how much water was absorbed.0
