Does anyone have a good recipe for something unbaked that has uncooked oats, dried fruit & nuts?

I've done just nuts & fruit ground up before, but would like to add oats and prefer to follow a recipe.

It depends on whether you want them as a full-blown cheat meal or somewhat healthy. Here are a few options:

Overnight oats are great. I add crunchy PB & reduced sugar jelly to mine and some additional granola. But there are a million different ways you can go about it.

I take a cup of rolled oats, a cup of roughly chopped roasted almonds, a cup of unsweetened, shredded coconut and a cup of dates OR prunes (chopped up fine in a food processer) and put in a bowl. Melt 1/4 cup natural peanut butter with 1/4 cup local honey, add and mix with your hands. Put in a 9 inch square pan that is lined with parchment paper and spread out with your fingers. Then take another 9 inch square pan and SMASH it down as hard as you can. Freeze for 15 minutes, remove from pan by pulling on the parchment paper and cut into 18 pieces. Store in container in the fridge.
Prunes are lower in sugar, but I prefer the taste of the dates. You can toast the oats beforehand if you prefer. I've also added dried cranberries which gives it a nice taste and you can add pretty much any other dried fruit that you like.
The prune ones are 143 calories each.0
