I practice Intermittent Fasting and track with MFP. Actually was doing IF alone but felt like I needed to start tracking to see more results. Being in my late 40’s is so hard compared to those younger days.
-
Do the research on why it’s good for you. I IF most days and basically stop eating after dinner and don’t eat until lunch the next day. I’ve started counting calories recently because now that I’m in perimenoause it’s been harder to lose weight.

Popcorn, oatmeal or muffins.
-
I believe in IF, I no longer snack at all. Read The Obesity Code.
-
I don’t snack & try to have several hours between meals I fast from at least 7pm until 9-10am.

You really can eat quite a bit, you just have to get creative. Honestly from the list, dairy is probably the hardest. Try being allergic to wheat, corn, dairy & several fresh fruits & vegetables due to Oral Allergy Syndrome.
-
To the haters, NOT everyone can have dairy. Thanks for the post op.
-
Also, are you eating gf oats? Are you sure it's one of the 4 things you mentioned? I can't have wheat, corn, quite a few fresh fruits & vegetables due to Oral Allergy Syndrome, I avoid dairy, it makes me more mucasy. There are many things that can cause problems.

When I did an elimination diet, I mainly ate rice, chicken & cooked vegetables. What kinds of problems with diet are you having? I would stick with very nuetral acid foods. Definitely not tomatoes, have you done research on an elimination diet?
-
Just eat!
-
I eat what I want as well.
-
I would avoid root veggies that aren't peeled & washed well due to possible botulism spores, other than that, I don't know of any that you can't add, but not really sure why you would "want" to add them. I would stick with things that we naturally eat raw.
-
I also discovered pollen allergies on my own & also avoid gluten & corn because they make mt tgroat swell. I see an allergist on the 11th. We all know our bodies the best.
-
I lightly sprinkle nutritional yeast on things where dairy is normally used.
-
I have Oral Allergy Syndrome that was mentioned. Sounds like it could be that.
-
Wheat, barley & rye all contain gluten, stear clear of things with those in it. My friend has hashimotos & she went gf & feels so much better.
-
I would go with 1% or 2% if I could drink milk.
-
Kraft mozz & a few others are lactose free.
-
I eat gf pasta without a problem. I like Aldi brown rice & quinoa pasta.
-
For anyone that has Oral Allergy Syndrom, there's a pretty decent closed Facebook group that has quite a few members with it. Seems like several on this thread might.
-
This is probably Oral Allergy Syndrome from the pollen. I have this & can't eat them. Are there other fruits & veg that you can't eat?
-
That's not really that restricting. Try not being able to eat wheat, corn & soy & several pollen allergies that limit fresh fruits & vegetables due to OAS.
-
Yes, I buy the double pack at Sam's Club.
-
Harder cheeses are naturally lactose free. Even Kraft cheese says it contains 0 grams of lactose on some of its packages.
-
Yes, sounds low.
-
Should be fine in the fridge. I would not freeze them.

The new Star Wars movie. The Force Awakens.

Reduce calorie intake & you will lose, doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you eat at a deficit. 10 lbs in 3 weeks really depends on your current weight. Think long term results here, not short term fixes.
-
Both are artificial, just depends what you want to put into your body.
-
Why do you not want fat? Fat is not bad, everything in moderation.
