Remitten fasting 16/8

Anyone else do remitten fasting? I try to do this during the week and heard it’s great for weight loss.. any thoughts, advice, stories?

    Intermittent fasting is only "great for weight loss" if it helps you control the number of calories you eat. You still need a calorie deficit to lose weight, no matter when you eat those calories.

    It's a personal decision...some people find it easier to eat only during certain hours, and some people do better when they spread out their food throughout the day. Find what works best for you.

    Do the research on why it’s good for you. I IF most days and basically stop eating after dinner and don’t eat until lunch the next day. I’ve started counting calories recently because now that I’m in perimenoause it’s been harder to lose weight.
