I'm stopping by Kroger today and just picking up some sardines, raspberries, and their store brand yogurt.

Maybe some shrimp if I'm feeling a little spendy.

    Star wars??

I don't have a specific list (yet). I shop at Costco on Saturday mornings. I usually buy weekly:
    2lb salmon filet
    2 lb bag frozen shrimp
    large bag of broccoli
    large container of baby spinach
    2 lb asparagus
6 boxes of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blueberries)
one package of stone fruit or citrus, whatever looks good (plums, clementines, nectarines, etc)
    Organic lowfat milk
    bread
    eggs
    nonfat greek yogurt
    cereal for DH/kids

This week I need to restock the freezer with chicken breasts, I need some ground chicken for a recipe I want to try, and I may buy some squash to make a curry with the shrimp.

I haven't made my meal plan up yet. I read the store circular on Friday or Saturday to see what is on sale and do my shopping on Sunday. Two staples I know I will be buying are spinach and eggs.

I can't find a listing for the new Star Wars in the MFP database. Does the calorie count change if it's blu ray?

    This week I've got:
    milk, eggs (every week)
    jalapenos
    cilantro
    green onions
    tomatoes
    red pepper
    frozen green beans

I buy chicken breast and extra lean ground beef through a wholesaler so I keep my freezer stocked. I also make my own bread (I buy flour and yeast in bulk at Sams club).

I coupon, so I sort of plan my meals around what I get cheap through sales and coupons. My weekly list is usually coupon deals and the remaining ingredients needed to make meals out of them (usually fresh or frozen veg). For instance, there was a great deal for an Indian simmer sauce recently. So chicken curry is on our menu for the week. A deal on cornbread mix means a taco pizza (cornbread base) goes on the menu. That's usually how I plan. A lot of great coupon deals are for cereal, yogurt, and lunchbox items, which is great since I have to pack 4 lunches every day for my 3 kids and husband.

What is Harissa? Just curious. I eat a lot of eggwhites.

It's a hot chili pepper paste with roasted red peppers & garlic & coriander & some other spices. Popular in the Middle East. So damn good! & fairly low cal & healthy fats from olive oil base

For one person, my list this week is:
    1 red bell pepper
    16 oz campari tomatoes
    16 oz bag of spinach
1 gallon milk (planned on 2%, but the 1% half gallons were $0.26 each on clearance!)
1 package store brand multigrain waffles
10 oz bag of mahimahi filets
    1 lb baby carrots
bag of chili nut m&ms (THESE ARE SO TASTY)
    lime juice

I had a lot leftover from last week's grocery run, so this week the list is smaller. Usually there's some form of chicken and fruit in there as well.
