    I usually shop on a Saturday so that on Sunday I prep for the week. I try to keep things pretty stocked.
    Unfortunately I must shop for 3 kids, Oh Joy

    Kids: Waffles
    pancakes
    a cereal of their choice

    Family:
    eggs
    oranges
    bananas
    whole grain bread
    no fat milk
    wheat tortilla
    turkey sausage
    turkey bacon
    chicken breast
    some sort of fish
    and what ever I need for the meals I am prepping for the week is usually varies I dont like to get bored.

    Lo Salt.
    Black Peppercorns.
    Cinnamon.
    Burgen Soya & Linseed Bread (440g size for smaller slices).
    Unsalted Butter.
    Large Omega 3 Eggs.
    Extra Strong Tea. (I'm English).
    Skimmed Milk or BoB Milk (for extra protein).
    Jumbo Irish Oats.
    Frozen Summer Fruits/Berries.
    Frozen Raspberries.
    Frozen Broccoli (more nutrients than fresh that have been sitting in the truck/shop).
    Turkey Steaks (not quick cook, they're too small).
    Tinned No Drain Tuna in Spring Water (Nice to Dolphins).
    Tinned Unsweetened Sweetcorn.
    Snackpot No added sugar or salt Baked Beans.
    Tinned Sardines in Tomatoes Sauce.
    Tinned Skinless & Boneless Wild Pacific Salmon (small tins).
    Strong Cheddar (used sparingly).
    Large Chicken Breasts.
    Salmon Fillets (proper big ones from the fishmonger.
    Salad, Rocket, Spinach etc.
    Tomatoes (whatever type looks good).
    Cucumber.
    Large Red Onions.
    Large Cooking Onions.
    Yellow, Red & Orange Peppers.
    Carrots.
    Large Sweet Potatoes.
    Brown Rice.
    Quinoa.
    Fresh Green Chillies.
    Tinned Cherry Tomatoes.
    Tinned Mixed Pulses (kidney beans are dull).
    7% Fat Turkey Thigh Mince (cook first, drain off the fat, has 3x zinc & 2x iron over the 2% breast mince)
    Naga Chilli mix (special order)
    Lighter Than Light Mayo.
    Extra Hot Sauce.
    Hemp Oil.
    Full Fat Greek Yoghurt, Plain.
    Coconut Water (100%).
    Sparkling Water.
    Lemons.
    Water Filters.

    Wellman Sport Multi Vitamins & Minerals.
    Feroglobin Gentle Iron.
    Osteocare Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc PLUS Glucosamine & Chondroitin.
    Potassium.
    Promax Protein.
    Creatine Monohydrate.

    Oh....and cat food.
