    It's a hot chili pepper paste with roasted red peppers & garlic & coriander & some other spices. Popular in the Middle East. So damn good! & fairly low cal & healthy fats from olive oil base

    1 red bell pepper
    16 oz campari tomatoes
    16 oz bag of spinach
    1 gallon milk (planned on 2%, but the 1% half gallons were $0.26 each on clearance!)
    1 package store brand multigrain waffles
    10 oz bag of mahimahi filets
    1 lb baby carrots
    bag of chili nut m&ms (THESE ARE SO TASTY)
    lime juice

    I had a lot leftover from last week's grocery run, so this week the list is smaller. Usually there's some form of chicken and fruit in there as well.

    I usually shop on a Saturday so that on Sunday I prep for the week. I try to keep things pretty stocked.
    Unfortunately I must shop for 3 kids, Oh Joy
