Your fitness progress as compared to The Walking Dead
I think I'm currently at a Dale right now. I make moral and ethical choices when it comes to eating and fitness.. but since I just started making those choices, I am conflicted and met with struggles and soreness, much like Dale's age comes into a factor in protecting the group.
