High Rep Sets...
...are torture. I've been doing 5x10 @ 50% (ish) of my 1RM for squats and deadlifts. I feel like am going to puke when I am done. Is this normal? I don't feel like this after heavy singles, which you would think would make you feel worse. Maybe I need to cut back on the volume of my b'fast/coffee on these days.

Snow Necessities
We're snowed in...and most likely will be for the next 2 days.
