Did we make one? Mine is: No booze until my birthday. It's the second week of February. Yeah, I like to set attainable goals.

Use the body I worked so hard for to get what I want in life.
I really need to reword that so it doesn't sound like I think it sounds! I was practically a shut in for awhile, zero confidence, definitely stuck in a bad place. Now I need to get myself unstuck. One hopes it won't involve bartering my less than young and tender flesh outright, because even at goal weight, this old carcass won't fetch much.0 -
Do tai chi. I need to improve the circulation in my legs. And my husband is an instructor! (He's learning MFP from me.)0
