Snow Necessities
We're snowed in...and most likely will be for the next 2 days. We had milk, eggs, bread, assorted nut butters (oh and we have beer), but I sent my husband out at 8pm last night for: cottage cheese, bananas, greek yogurt, and taco seasoning. The last one is a little weird.
What are your go-to foods for a snow storm?

If i'm truly snowed in (hardly ever, we've had loads of snow and cold but nothing to stop me going about life) my go to is slow cooked food (Lamb Shanks, Beef Cheeks.... something that braises long and low until it's almost melting) and Mashed Potatoes
with a bottle of good red wine
and a brandy
- good thing i'm rarely truly snowed in because that would be tough to do on my current diet, and I quit drinking a little over 10 weeks back , and probably won't have a drink until at least my birthday in July (maybe i'll go straight through until Christmas....)0
