Something Cool Happened Today

So I've been going to the same gym for almost 2 years now. I started using weights about 4-5 months ago; before that I was doing purely cardio....ok, mostly using the treadmill.

My husband showed me how to use some of the machines and how to do some exercises with weights, so I'd been doing that for awhile. I started using a few new machines, including the Super Squat machine (that's what he calls it).

Anyway, a woman that has been going to the gym longer than I have and using weights longer than I have...ran up to me while I was on the machine and asked me how to use the machine.

It felt pretty good to be able to demonstrate it to someone else, especially someone else that seems to have some idea of what she is doing in the gym. That's my story.
