High Rep Sets...

...are torture. I've been doing 5x10 @ 50% (ish) of my 1RM for squats and deadlifts. I feel like am going to puke when I am done. Is this normal? I don't feel like this after heavy singles, which you would think would make you feel worse.

Maybe I need to cut back on the volume of my b'fast/coffee on these days.

    Yeah... it's normal. lol.

    I'll do some screwed up high vol stuff that makes me want to puke when I stop.

    Squat sets in particular. When you go in and do 200 weighted squats during a session and cool down with 100 unweighted... you get a little wobbly. :)
