Juicing question
Today is day 2 of me juicing. Day one wasn't to bad but this evening has been hard. I have slept most of the day and had a bad headache. Can anyone tell me what to expect and when will the hunger pains go away? Thanks

A question for runners....
So I decided to work toward being a runner. Started the other day. Well today it is cold and rainy and is going to be for a few days. My question is do you run in the rain or will you get sick? I don't have a treadmill so I have to run outside. Thanks for your help.

Running or general
I am going to start a good cardio routine maybe work my way up to running, it will be most likely first thing in the morning. Is it better to eat first if so any suggestions on what might be a good thing to eat before I start? Thanks!:wink: Any help would be great.

Alcohol
I usually don't drink much at all. Maybe one night every 2 or 3 months. However I am going through a lot right now and have wanted a drink in the evening a little more often. I have heard this can effect my weight loss. Any thoughts? Thanks:)

Sick
I am sick, do I push and exercise or give it a few days off. I havent exercised in a few days anyway cause I was feeling bad. I feel guilty but can hardly get out of bed.

I work at home and home school my son but on lunch break I get so tired and have been more so since I have been exercising. The question is what would be better for me to do? A nap or coffee.....and I dont drink my coffee black.

Sugar and Carb addication
Do you think you can be addicted to sugar or carbs? It seems like the more of these I eat the more I want. I cant eat just a "serving size". Its not as bad with carbs except popcorn...love it. But sweets is really bad, I have a terrible sweet tooth. Do I have to stop eating sugar and carbs all together?

Addication
Does anyone think you can be addicted to sugar or carbs? It seems when I eat these I just want more. If so can I have any or do I just need to come off of them completely? I love sweets and have been eating popcorn at night as well for a snack but one serving just doesnt do it for me. Any advice?

Burning calories cutting grass
Does anyone know how I can figure out how many calories I burned mowing the grass? It took me about an hour and it wasnt level so I worked up a good sweat. I know that has to count for something just dont know how to log it.
