Does anyone think you can be addicted to sugar or carbs? It seems when I eat these I just want more. If so can I have any or do I just need to come off of them completely? I love sweets and have been eating popcorn at night as well for a snack but one serving just doesnt do it for me. Any advice?

For me....definitely! And being a T2, thats not a good thing. I quit all starchy carbs cold turkey and I am not craving them anymore. Its part willpower, part physical....at least for me. I punctuate that because what works for one person may not work for another.

I have one Hershy Kiss dark chocolate a day. That gives me a little shot of sweetness without overdoing anything. I think if you can cut back, it will help you curb the addtiction. Not nessasarily deprive yourself, but just aim for a little less each day. Plan out what carbs or sugary things you will eat and then don't go over that plan.

I used to crave dessert and when I stopped eating it altogether, it really helped me not want it as much. THat might help too.
