Addicted to sugar

I love sweets and when I started mfp stoped the sugar except my one cup of coffee in the morning. But I am craving it so bad. This is my second week off of it. Still usually go over my alloted amount just in through things like milk and fruit but am working on that. Will these cravings ever stop? And what will help me get through them I have always loved sweets.
