I wore my pedometer today while I out and I walked around for 75mins. I went to an online calorie estimator and put it down as walking leisurely less than 2mph, I entered my weight and then it told 496 calories. I don't think that is accurate. Mushrooms baked in foil ?
I cooked some whole mushrooms tonight, I wrapped them in foil and put them in the oven. I didn't add anything to them. How would I log this in my diary, or is there any where I can search to find out the nutritional value ?

My BMR is 1858 "TDEE = BMR x Activity " Sedentary (little or no exercise) = 1.2 x BMR = 2229 " To lose weight - Daily Calorie Intake = TDEE - (20% of your TDEE) " TDEE = 2229 - 445 = 1784 So I should be eating 1784 calories a day ?

Is there a way to view the ingredients, when you are tracking food and you select something you have the option to view nutritional info but it only tells you the calories etc For example I found home made gravy so I viewed nutritional info but it doesn't tell me whats in the gravy or how it was made.

Been tracking my exercise wrong
I just realised that the treadmill is in km per hour but MFP is in mph. So when I log my walking say if I do 5.5km per hour on the treadmill and I log it on here I'm really logging 5.5mph which = 8.8kph No wonder MFP was saying so many more calories, I thought MFP was very generous but now I know I was just logging wrong…

Do you burn calories while doing weights / strength training? Cause when I log my strength training it doesn't count as any calories lost, but some times I can work up a sweat while doing weights.
