Home made up & go ?

I've tried the Up and Go Vive banana and I do like it except it leaves a weird feeling on my tongue.
I was wondering if it would be possible to make up and go at home? Up and go says it has 2 weet bix with skim milk.
Would I be able to blend up 2 weet bix and milk and banana would that be possible, would you be able to drink it or do they do something else to make those kind of shakes / drinks ?
