Is it ok to go over the daily protein goal ?

Yes, MFP settings for protein is fairly low. Shoot for about 1 gram per lb of body weight.0

I'm 108kg and online conversion says thats 238 lbs
So I should be having 238 grams of protein each day ?
MFP has my daily goal as 700 -
MFP has protein set at 15%, which is low. i have mine set at 25% and aim for over 100g per day, so you should definitely try and go over your goal!0
