Do you think that once someone looses weight they look older?
A friend of mine has recently lost a lot of weight and although she does look a lot fitter she looks so much older in the face. I've noticed this a bit when I've googled before and after pics.
What's your thoughts?

I did for sure when I was on 1200 cals and living on super low nets. It was embarrassing how old my face looked after awhile. Once I started lifting weights and eating more (and gained back 8 lbs) my face filled out enough that I didn't look emaciated and the smile lines that made me look like a nasty old smoker disappeared. Not sure why it happened, if I just lost too much too fast or if I was lacking nutrients because of super low cals (tons of my hair fell out too so this is likely the cause of both) or if my body was just unhappy at that weight. At any rate I'll happily weigh 8 lbs more if it means I don't have to look like s***.0
