Mini goal achieved!
I am finally in the "normal" BMI range! I know the BMI scale doesn't mean a whole lot, but it's kinda cool to put in my info and it finally tells me I'm not overweight. I am rewarding myself by making sure I never see "overweight" pop up on the BMI scale ever again!

Gained 3lb from soup?!
I made a tuscan veggie soup last night for dinner (and was going to bring some to work today for lunch too) but I gained 3lbs today! I got low sodium broth and didn't put any extra salt in, and carefully calcuated calories to be about 300 per serving. Can you really retain 3lbs of water weight from soup?? :(
