Strength Training for Women Routines?

Hi! I have just begun getting serious about weight loss. I was doing the couch to 5K and saw very little results during the program, but it was probably because of all the crap I was eating. Two weeks ago I changed my diet (more protein, less carbs, very little processed foods) and have been seeing the lbs come off. I also completed the 5K last weekend.

I've realized that strength training is an integral part of losing weight and getting in shape and I'm ready to start. Does anyone have a routine that's good for women starting out? Also, is it better to do cardio before or after strength workouts? or on days that you're not strength training?
