Personally I think that you should get whatever jumps out from the menu to you and sounds like you'd enjoy it the most. If you're going to a nice restaurant enjoy the night and the experience rather than worrying about each calorie and choice. Remember than we're doing this all as a lifestyle change and nice meals will always be a part of our lives. One meal isn't going to make you gain back all the weight you've lost and isn't going to ruin your future dedication to healthier eating. :)

Anything you like.Just watch portion size, sauces, bread, dressings and get veggies instead of high carb sides. Enjoy!

Pick anything you'd like and only eat half of what's on your plate. You don't need to sacrifice--just be moderate :)

I would stick with any of the lean grilled meat or fish...skip the buttery sauces or at least request them on the side so you can control how much of it you eat. Skip the potato and ask if they have any steamed veggie you can substitute. A nice house salad as a starter with a light dressing on the side would be good too. I know restaurants around here tend to have huge portions...I always ask for a to-go box right away and pack up half my meal and get it off my plate. That keeps me from being to tempted to keep picking at it and I get one more meal out of it as leftovers....win win! Have a great time!
