Hamstring Injury question
Well I have re-injured my hamstring. I am curious to know if there is a way to get the healing process to move along a bit faster. It seems there should be stretches or walking or something that would help it heal faster and better so I don't re-injure it again. This is getting old! Thank for any info or advise.

Walking while shopping
So I had to run a ton of errands today. I went to 5 different stores, very little driving, and would say out of the 4 1/2 hours I was gone, close to 4 hours were walking. I logged this into my exercise as walking at a slow pace but only put down 3 hours. Do you think this is a fair assesment?

If every day were like today
...you would weigh XXX.XX in 5 weeks! I really dislike that little note at the end of the day! I feel positive when it is a low number and if it is higher than I want....I feel like putting in the exercise tape! It really messes with my head! Anyone else have this problem?

Small success but excited!
I got back onto my weight loss journey 1 week ago today when I found this website. It really helped to get me motivated again and I LOST 3 lbs!!! I am so excited to see the number going down again! It has been months now since it has done that! So I am hyped up!! Bring it on! Week #2!!!
