So tomorrow I go on a 4 mile hike with my son's boy scout troop. Need some healthy, energy type food suggestions that will not blow low fat or low carb. Andy help appreciated.

    laughing cow and celery and loads of water. You could freeze soome fat free cream cheese and it would still be cold at the half way mark. Dried apricots? Roasted edamame.
    fat free string cheese
    strawberries?
    I assume fruit and veggies are OK and ff cheeses

    A sandwich of whole wheat bread and cheese/ham/turkey/whatever on it!

    Thanks for the ideas. I am going with some celery, almonds, turkey breast in a whole wheat low carb/fat tortilla, a cheese stick and lots of water. Now I don't know that I will eat all of that but I will take it just in case.

    Oh boy...lots of exercise tomorrow!
