I'm back and determined...again

Well I am determined to get this back into my dailiy life! This last year has seen too much craziness...some good...some bad...but it all had to be dealt with and I of course put myself and my health on the back burner. I was reminded a week ago that I deserve better than that...by my husband, bless his heart. So we rearranged some chores and responsibilities and made some time to work out. We went to the grocery store and bought all healthy food so if the family wants to eat...they eat healthy too, no excuses. So "Hello everyone, hope to see you around everyday"!

I am right by your side! I agree this has been a CRAZY year so far. Now that I have my health issue's taken care or I can get myself back on the right track! :happy: Finally!
