Here's the question. When you lose weight and you stay that weight for a while, you can't tell the difference right? But when you gain it all back, do you feel it in your legs, in your stomach that you are a lot heavier than before? Buecause i sure do.

Ugh okay so now i have humungous cravings for EVERYTHING i see! I just want to eat everything, and before, i didn't want to eat anything at all. EAT! i know, it's weird, but recently i just don't feel like eating anything anymore. I eat an apple here a banana there, but that's basically all i eat. Is this normal? Why am i losing my appetite?

I need motivation!
Okay, so i'm halfway towards my goal weight and i seem to be having a problem keeping on track! I really want to be under 120 before August 7th and i dont seem to have anymore motivation. And i keep on eating more and more as the days go by! how do i stop?! :sad:

Not losing ...
AT ALL! I don't get it.. why am i not losing weight? I'm weighing myself at the same time every week and i still weigh the same if not even more! and i've been eating the right amount of calories and everything! what did i do wrong?:mad:

Feeling Full?
So i just ate a bagel with ham and cheese in it, and i ate some sticky rice before that. But why do i feel so FULL when i have only had 999 calories and have more than 700 calories left?

Okay so I've been logging in my foods and exercises every single day since I started this and i've been losing weight for a while. And then I just gained back all that weight. But i haven't been eating over my calories and i have been eating my exercise calories... What's going on?
