Cravings!

Ugh okay so now i have humungous cravings for EVERYTHING i see! I just want to eat everything, and before, i didn't want to eat anything at all. How can i stop my cravings and what can i do to resist?

I'm trying to lose another pound before a wedding this saturday and i don't want to gain any weight >.<

    I eat peppermints when that happens to me which is all the time so I eat alot of peppermints - I found some really good sugar free ones they really help me from giving in when I want to eat all the cookies in the house.
  • I usually chew on some sugar-free gum and drink extra water. Question for you. I just looked at your food diary- is that all you ate today? You might be hungry:smile: If you only consumed 400 calories, your body might be in need of some nutrients!

    I chew sugar free gum all day to resist the urge to snack.

    Took a peek at your diary - either you're not entering all your food or you're eating very little - which could explain "cravings" - aka "hunger".
