    Swimming works all of your major muscle groups.

    So if i swim about 5 days a week, would that tone my body?
  • I swim a lot and I can tell the diference in my theighs especially. I dpn't see how it couldn't help some.

    Yes, it firms up everything. If you do flip turns you can get your abs too. It's also great cardio. :happy:

    Yes the great all round exercise, but try varying your swimming stroke for each length:wink:
