Low Carb Snacks
I just recently realized that all my snacks usually consist of carbs and I'm trying to eat a more balanced ratio of carbs/protein/fat. My snacks usually consist of banana, rice cakes, baked chips, nutrigrain bars, or granola bars. I need good snacks I can take to work with me that aren't all carbs.

Maintenance mode?!
So I am basically at my goal weight and I am wondering when I should go into maintenance mode. My weight flucuates so much depending how much water and what I ate the day before, so how long should I wait to see the same number on the scale until I decide to start eating maintenance calories?

How do you guys go about treating all your exercise calories? I feel like I am getting nothing accomplished if I eat back all my calories. I work out alot so I usually have atleast an extra 400-1000.

Cardio that doesn't involve machines???
