Ranch?!

Fortunately, I'm not really a big fan of ranch. If I order a sandwhich from a restaurant but I order it without ranch how should I estimate this when I log it if the cals for ranch is not specifically listed?

    look up the cals for the ranch, like a measurement of about 2 tablespoons then when you have that number just mentally deduct from your total. I think thats the only way.
