The last 10 pounds bootcamp "starvation mode"
Sooo on The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp episode tonight, the woman was eating barely any food (some days just tea and coffee), and couldn't lose the weight because her body was in starvation mode. Tommy and Nadine upped her calories to 1300, and voila, she lost 7 pounds.

So today I reached the 25 pounds lost mark, and I though this was a pretty good time to have my first celebration. Yay me. :smile:

How much fruit do you eat?
Ever since I started worrying about my sugar intake, I can't seem to enjoy fruit freely like I used to. Some people say fruit should be eaten in moderation, and others say enjoy as much fruit as you'd like. How much fruit do you eat? Do you worry about eating too much?

What do you put on your salads?

Calories/fat in a pizza bun (with sauce and cheese)?
There's no info. in the database for a bakery pizza bun- flat white bun with cheese and pizza sauce, and the bakery had no nutritional info. for them.
