Calories/fat in a pizza bun (with sauce and cheese)?

There's no info. in the database for a bakery pizza bun- flat white bun with cheese and pizza sauce, and the bakery had no nutritional info. for them. Does anyone have any idea about the calories/fat in one of these? I'm thinking about 400 calories and 12-15 grams of fat? The only pizza bun that comes up is "Loeb pizza bun" at about 249 calories and 6 grams of fat...I think that seems pretty low.

Anyone?
