Help!! Need a workout????
Due to a procedure I had done last week my Dr. says easy workouts until next Tuesday!! Its better than nothing but I have been used to working out for an hour 6 days a week. Whats an easy workout?? Any suggestions PLEASE!!!!! Want to start asap.....thank you for reading :)

Wheat Grass??
I have a reaction to wheat but I read online that wheat grass will not have a reaction in me. Has anyone else with a wheat problem tried this?? If so did it bother you?? I just bought a vitamin that has it in it. I took it yesterday and didnt seem to have a problem. Anyone have advice or been through this??

middle of the night stretching???
I am waking up slightly in the middle of the night stretching especially my legs. I go back to sleep but I am wondering if anyone knows why I a doing this? drinking water???
I drink 3 liters of water a day, I burn 600-1000 calories a day and I hardly use the bathroom. How do I lose water weight that my body seems to want to hold onto?? Confused?? Please anyone explain if you know why this is happening?? Thank you Eva
