How do i post my pics to show before and after of 8 weeks working out??

You know how you see the quote tags when you hit quote and quote someone? It's the same with a photo. The photo has to be on the internet, and the tags are

opening bracket img closing bracket ImagePath opening bracket /img closing bracket
