Need Advice for 100 pushup challenge
I took the fitness test for the challenge I can do 8 male pushups and 40 female push ups. Do I do the challenge doing male pushups or female push ups. I still have 18 pounds to goal so I"m still oveweight. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Kelly

I seem to grab different types/brands of bread everytime I go to the store. TOOK 1 month to do Shred Level 2 with no modifications

Check your dietary settings often!!!!!!!!!!!!
I orginally get my settngs as 30 % fat, 30 Carbs and 40 % protein. I went into the settings and I noticed the settings were different!!!! Something like 55 % carbs. NO wonders I have not been loosing a lot of weight!!! I guess Math is not my strong point!!!!

Changing ticker....helps modivate me..
Sometimes I have to change the style of my ticker..............pounds lost, pounds to go.......etc............well today is the first time i put my actual weight on the ticker.............this is huge for me. Information on protein shakes
I have no idea about protein shakes and how they should be used. Do you use them to replace meals? Take them after exercise?
