I cannot believe the marketing on frozen veggies...........it says healthy right on the package but if u look closely it is cover with sauce. It almost doubles the calories from fresh.............

Food is sooo tricky and i think some people have no idea what they are eating.

My gf said she was going to eat healty..........order salad from a bar and put soooooooooo much ranch dressing on I know it would be like 1,000 calories.

If I don't make it I don't eat it.

sounds like me today. ( sort of)

I always buy Daisy Light Sour Cream. I just realised this afternoon that the sour cream that I have is the full fat version....UGH. The packaging is exactly the same except for the work Light.......Good thing I was under in calories the past few days....lol
  • I know what you mean. I do eat frozen veggies instead of fresh alot of times because they fit better in my life style. I learned real quick to look at the nutritional info and make sure it is just veggies with nothing added. I have noticed alot of them now are coming with sauce on them, which does add alot of calories and salt.
