Always feeling BLOATED!
For the past couple of weeks almost everyday or every other day, I just feel bloated. Which in return gives me the probably false notion that I am getting fatter. Is it a particular food that is making me bloat or has it to do with exercise or even something else? Thoughts please! :)

Heartburn?
I've been having trouble with heartburn at night for a while and even though I know it's most likely to be related with what I eat, I still don't know what's causing it. Since I always seem to eat over the calorie goal that MFP sets for me, even with exercise, I've been thinking about setting my own goal. Never eat the amount of calories I should daily.
I have found quite difficult to eat the amount of calories I'm supposed to. I always end up lacking huge amounts. It probably doesn't help that I usually don't eat lunch because I always wake up around noon now during Summer. So does anyone know any tricks or easy to make foods that can compensate? Love, Rita x
