How to get better abs?
I focus a lot on getting my legs fit and my upper body in shape, but besides a few crunches and planks I do not know really how to strengthen my abs. I dont want to be just leaner I want to be stronger as well! Any ideas?

Trying hard not to emotionally eat so stressed
We are pcsing to hawaii and we were not given enough time to keep our dog out of quarantine despite my best efforts i am so stressed i feel a bit faint. My hubby has calmed me some but this is driving me nuts!!! My thoughts go straight to junk food help!

why running at an incline could help your shin splints.
I use to get these aweful cramps in my legs when i ran. I got new shoes still hurt.
