Edit it for what you actually ate....0

I personally log it all, even if I didn't eat it all.0
-
you measure and log what you eat, you do not pretend....0

If you ate very little of it, then I would suggest eyeballing and making a guesstimate. But if you ate more than half, I'd let it stand.0
-
I'm unfamiliar with the concept0

ok lol just wanted to know if i should try to get them in else were my eyes were bigger than my stomach lol0

What fraction would you say you ate? If I eat about 1/3 of something I just go through and edit it. I like to be as honest as possible with myself.0
-
put it in the fridge, finish it later, and log all of it.0

good advice I ate like maye 3 bites of the eggs0 -
I've never had that problem!! Must have been one hell of a breakfast :bigsmile:0

I measure as I'm putting it together. How do you undo it after it's mixed? I log it all, knowing I didn't eat it all.0

EVEN BETTER!0 -
I usually spend about an hour to two hours picking at my plate until I've eaten everything if I can't finish it all in the first sitting. Not eating what I put on my plate is just cheating myself out of nutrients I need.0

Throw it at my wife and tell her she made too much.0

this was the breakfast of champs and way way more filling than origionally thought I had:
2 egg whites scrambled with mushrooms, onion, rotel, baby arugula
then ceral and a soy lattee and almond milk for the cereal lol0 -

3 bites of eggs filled you up?
You're supposed to log what you actually eat, not what you're "pretending" to eat. :noway:0 -

Put it away and "snack" on it when you are hungry. If by the end of the day you haven't finished it, then toss it (or store it for the next day) and log what you DID eat.0

Well I had more than eggs to eat lol I had a big bowl of cereal 4 glasses of water, almond milk, and latte lol0 -
Adjust the portion to what you ate, why would you log the entire thing if you did not finish it? IMO0
-
I put it in the fridge for after insanity0
-
I shove it down my pants for leftovers later0
-
I put it in my pocket so I can eat it after my workout. That way I don't have to edit MFP and it's already warmed up.0
-
I always finish. Sometimes it just takes me a few extra minutes if I'm not very hungry0

Edit your diary and give the rest of the food to a hobo. Hobos LOVE half-eaten leftovers.0

Since you didn't eat it all it counts as double the calories you originally accounted for. Sorry, no way to fix it.0

It triples in caloric value/per dog.0
