insanity do over?

Ok so last week i started insanity and lifting weights. Well i hurt my legs squating too heavy ( i didnt know the bar was weighted and squated 75 pounds). I was out for 3 days for that then i did insanity day 2. Well skipped 3 more days just getting to preoccupied with work and social life and now i am way behind. Would it be better just to start tomorrow at day 1 again or just start at day 3

Just start fresh, that way you can follow the whole program and not miss out on the awesome results!!!!!!0
